TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Payment

  • Confirmation: Bookings must be made in writing or via email. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 40 days before the tour commencement.
  • Late Bookings: For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • Currency: Payments should be made in the currency specified on the invoice. If paying in a different currency, request the applicable exchange rate.

2. Cancellations and Amendment

Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 60 to 39 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
  • 40 to 31 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost.
  • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost.

Amendments:

Requests for changes must be made in writing. While efforts will be made to accommodate changes, any additional costs incurred will be the client’s responsibility.

3. Included in Tour Cost

  • Transportation as specified in the itinerary.
  • Accommodation as outlined.
  • Sightseeing and game drives as per the itinerary.
  • Applicable government taxes and service charges.

4. Excluded from Tour Cost

  • International flights and airport taxes, unless specified.
  • Visa fees and personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, and communication costs.
  • Supplementary charges imposed by hotels during peak seasons and festive seasons.

5. Liability

The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour.

Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, baggage loss, and cancellation.

6. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond its control.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may affect their travel plans.

8. Health and Safety

Clients should ensure they are medically fit for travel and have received all necessary vaccinations.

Any medical conditions should be disclosed to the company at the time of booking.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour leader or company representative to allow for prompt resolution.

If not resolved on-site, complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts
